	Maryland Department of Agriculture Secretary Earl F. Hance tasked members of the Maryland equine industry to review and oversee the Maryland Horse Forum process.  These individuals represent a broad area of interests.  The duties of this task force, dubbed the Maryland Horse Forum Strategic Planning Committee, are to: - Oversee and approve the agenda and topics of discussion for the forum, - Review and approve the details of the forum, - Serve as experts at the forum to introduce the main topics of discussion, - Assist the facilitators to keep the discussion on track, and - Assist with drafting and review of the Maryland Horse Forum Final Report.
